I am getting more and more restless. And yet, I find I have less energy.
Our problems have been going on for about 9 months, with only more trouble in sight. It has been far too long.

 My fellow Americans and I are basically struggling with three problems:

1. Covid-19,
2. Unemployment and poverty as a consequence, 
3. The upcoming election.

I hope that a vaccine will soon be available, but indications are that won’t be for another four to six months.

Our country is simply too divided to be secure. In government, it is good to break down the things that are wrong. But simultaneously there have to be plans of how to set things right. People have to have a goal, something to work forward to. There must be things we are striving for. There has to be a “We shall overcome”.

My sincere hope is that we will see much more light after the election and the introduction of a safe vaccine.

With this in view, I trust things will get better.

So, we wait. After all, what is a few more months compared to a lifetime.
