We’ve been talking about it for months. Wondering if it would be possible. Wondering when we could go. Dreaming of where we would go. Now it is going to happen!

My husband, myself, and my mother will be visiting the Netherlands this summer. We have the tickets! Our goal is to visit all the places mentioned in the book which will be published in December, doing a video in each place.

We will also be sure to eat stroopwafels, kroketjes, and smoked eel. I’ll be avoiding the raw herring.
